Have a look through our courses, read the detailed course descriptions, look at the curriculum & watch the free introductory or sample video(s) for the different courses. If you are still uncertain which course might suit you best, please contact us with a brief description of what you are looking for and/or the health issues you are trying to address. We are happy to help.
We offer single course purchase for lifetime access, or our Vitawell Course Membership which gives you access to all of our courses currently on offer (excluding Community Courses).
If you want to register for and purchase a course, simply log in or register on our website and purchase the course – either by purchasing lifetime course access, or by becoming a Vitaell Course Member. Once your order is confirmed, you will automatically have access to the course(s) you purchased on our website.
While still being logged in, simply navigate to the course you purchased and you will now be able to access its content.
In your account, under “My Courses” you find all courses you are currently enrolled in.
It depends. If you have bought lifetime course access, then you will have access to the course for an unlimited period of time. If you have purchased a Vitawell Course Membership, you will have access to all courses (excluding Community Courses) as long as you have a subscription. Once you cancel your membership, you will have access to the courses until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for.
Once you have purchased access to your chosen course(s), simply navigate back to the course on our Vitawell website & log in. You will then be able to access the course modules & content.
In your account, under “My Courses” you find a list of all the course you are currently enrolled in. You can also acess the courses from there.
In order to access course materials, an internet connection is required.
We recommend checking in with yourself about what is holding you back from continuing with a course. Is it some inner resistance or blockage? Is there anything holding you back from following through with your intentions?
If you decide not continue with a course for now, you can resume it or begin again at any time during your access period.
If you decide not to continue with a Community Course, you can still access all course materials and do the course as a self-paced version lateron. You will also still be able to book a free consultation, which is part of your Community Course package. However, you will not have access to the Community features of the course once it has ended.
In order to limit unauthorized access to our courses, we have limited the number of possible simultaneous logins to two. This means that you can only be logged in and access your course from two different devices/browsers at the same time. If you wish to use another device/browser, you will be logged out from your other device(s)/browser(s). For an optimal experience, it is best to limit your access to our courses to two different devices.
Our Community Courses are designed to create a more communal and personal(ized) course experience. The courses run at specific dates and in addition to the features offered in the normal version of the courses, Community Courses include a personal and private consultation with the course facilitator. In addition, Community Courses also offer a Facebook group where course participants and the course facilitator can exchange and ask and answer questions, as well as buddy support system. We will pair you with a fellow course participant to exchange your experiences and motivate and inspire each other during your course experience.
Our Vitawell Course Membership is a recurring subsrciption plan with a monthly access fee of 49 Euro. You can access all of our courses (excluding Community Courses) for one flate fee. The membership can be cancelled here at any time. When you cancel your membership, you continue to have access to your courses until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for.
To participate in one of our upcoming webinars, simply register for the event on our website. You can find upcoming webinars here. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with details on how you can access the webinar.
After the webinar has ended, you can still access it for free 24 hours. After that, the webinar will be made available for purchase on our website. Click here to access past webinars.
Yes, they are completely free. However, they can only be accessed for free when they go live on our website. After the webinar has ended, you can still access it for free for 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will make the recording of the webinar available for purchase and download from our website. Click here to access past webinars.
We also offer a gift ticket for our webinars. When you choose this option during registration, you will gift us 2 Euro to help us to provide great and rich webinars to you. However, this is completely optional and you will always have the option to participate in our webinars for free.
In addition, when you register for a webinar, you consent to being subscribed to our Vitawell newsletter so that we can contact with exiting tips and tricks for holistic health, provide you with news on upcoming webinars, events and services, and offer you exclusive discounts. If you subscribe to our newsletter for first time, to say thanks, we will send you a 10% Discount Voucher, which you can use for your next purchase at Vitawell. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
At the end of each live webinar, we open it for Questions & Answers where we address and answer questions that participants send during the webinar. You can submit a question by simply clicking on the orange button in the bottom right corner of the live webinar page. Simply type your question and send it over to us.
If you wish to view one of our past webinars, you can simply purchase it in our Vitawell Store. Once your purchase has been processed, you will automatically receive an email with a download link for your chosen webinar.
In order to limit unauthorized access and distribution, you can only download a webinar for a maximum of 3 times within 14 days after your purchase.

If you are uncertain whether our consultations are the right fit for you, please contact us and briefly state your health issue(s) and what you are trying to achieve. We will then contact you to develop the best plan of action for your personal circumstances.
Simply navigate to our Consultations page and follow the booking procedure. Simply select your service, state when you are available for us to connect with you, and proceed with booking. Please remember to provide your preferred contact method. After booking, you will receive an email with further details.
We offer the option to connect via video-chat via Facebook Messenger, Skype or WhatsApp. Alternatively, we can simply call you on your landline phone (no mobile phones). On the day and time of your booking, make sure to be available via your chosen contact method. We will connect with you at your chosen time.
Once you have booked a consultation, you will receive an email with further details. By clicking on the link provided in the email, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to two hours before the booked date and time.
Alternatively, simply navigate to your account and click on “My Consultations”. From here you can also reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel less than 2 hours in advance, please contact us.
You can reschedule your consultation up to 2 hours before the appointment time for free.
You can cancel any booked appointment up to 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel your booking up to 2 hours in advance, you are eligible for a 75% refund.
If you don’t cancel your booked appointment up to 2 hours in advance, you will be eligible for 50% refund.
Once you reschedule, you will receive another email with your updated consultation details. If you cancel an appointment, we will automatically prcess your refund via PayPal. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and your refund amount.
We securely process all of our payments via PayPal. PayPal accepts a variety of payment options, depending on your region and PayPal account. Payment options offered anywhere include paying with your PayPal account or your credit card.
In short, yes 🙂 We are processing all of your payments via PayPal. If you pay via PayPal, you are usually automatically covered by their Buyer’s Protection.
If there is any problem with any service you receive from us, or with any payment you made, please contact us and we will find a solution. If not, you can always open a dispute with PayPal to help you get your money back.

Orders, Bookings, Payments, Privacy, Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a variety of options to connect with us:
- Navigate to the Contact Us page and submit the contact form. We will respond via email.
- Simply send us an email with your enquiry.
- Contact us through our Facebook Page.
- On the bottom right of this page, you see a round orange icon. Click on it to chat with us. If you are logged in to Facebook, your message will be sent via Facebook Messenger and we will respond there. If you are not logged in to Facebook when you send your chat message, you can only access our response by navigating back to the Vitawell website and opening the chat box again.
We generally recommend to contact us via the contact form or via email to offer you the best experience.
If you are encountering problems with our website, you may have blocked some of cookies that provide certain functions. The first step is to close and re-start your browser and open our website again. If the problem persists, please empty the cache, including cookies, in your browser. When you visit our site again, you will see our cookie notice again and there please accept all cookies. Some functions of our website are not available if you don’t accept the necessary cookies. If the problem still persists, please contact us with a clear description of the problem.
