Have a look through our courses, read the detailed course descriptions, look at the curriculum as well as the different course access options & watch the free introductory or sample video(s) for the different courses. If you are still uncertain which course might suit you best, please contact us with a brief description of what you are looking for and/or the health issues you are trying to address. We are happy to help.
If you want to register and purchase a course, simply log in or register on our website and purchase the course. Once your order is confirmed, you will automatically be able to access the course on our website.
While still being logged in, simply navigate to the course you purchased and you will now be able to access its content.
There are several access options for each course. You can either purchase 30 day course access or lifetime access.
Each course has different course access options. Every course we offer is either available for 30 day access or lifetime access. In addition, some courses are also available with additional access options, such as our Private Mentorship access, which provides 30 day access plus several hours of private mentoring during a course.
Once you have purchased access to your chosen course, simply navigate back to the course on our Vitawell website & log in. You will then be able to access the course modules & content.
You will need an internet connection to access the course and course modules.
We recommend checking in with yourself about what is holding you back from continuing with a course. Is it some inner resistance or old patterns that no longer serve you?
If you decide not continue with a course for now, you can resume it at any time during your access period.
Once purchased, after 24 hours, we don’t offer a refund for our courses. However, if you are facing an extraordinary situation, please contact us and we will find a solution.
Our Community Courses are designed to create a communal and more personal course experience. The courses run at specific dates and in addition to the features offered in the flexible course version, they include a personal and private consultation with the course facilitator. In addition, Community Courses offer a Facebook group where course participants and the course instructor can exchange, connect and ask and answer questions, as well as buddy support system with a fellow course participant to exchange your experiences and motivate and inspire each other.

In order to avoid unauthorized access to our courses, we have limited the number of simultaneous log ins to two. This means that you can only be logged in and access your course from two devices at the same time. If you log in with a third device, you will automatically be logged out of one of the first ones.
Yes, they are completely free, but you have the option to donate 2 Euro when registering for the webinar.
A webinar can only be accessed for free when it goes live on our website. After the webinar has ended, within 24 hours we will make the recording of the webinar available either for free or for purchase from our website.
To participate in one of our upcoming webinars, simply register for the event on our website. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with details on how you can access the webinar when it goes live.

If you wish to view one of our past webinars, you can simply purchase it in our Vitawell Store or click here. Once your purchase has been processed, you will automatically receive an email with a link to where you can download the webinar.
You can only download a webinar for a maximum of 3 times.
You can ask us questions during each webinar. We will reply to them as soon as we can. You can submit a question by simply clicking on the orange button in the bottom right corner of the webinar page. Type your question and send it over to us. Alternatively, send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please understand that we may not be able to answer all questions that we receive due to our time limitation for the webinar.
Simply navigate to our Consultations page and follow the booking procedure. Simply select your service, state when you are available for us to connect with you and proceed with booking. Please remember to provide your preferred contact method. After booking, you will receive an email with further details.
We offer the option to connect via video-chat via Facebook Messenger, Skype or What’s App. Alternatively, we can simply call you on your landline phone (no mobile phones). On the day and time of your booking, make sure to be available via your chosen contact method. We will connect with you at your chosen time.
You can reschedule your consultation up to 2 hours before the appointment time for free.
You can cancel any booked appointment up to 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel your booking up to 2 hours in advance, you are eligible for a 75% refund.
If you don’t cancel your booked appointment up to 2 hours in advance, you will be eligible for 50% refund.
You can reschedule or cancel your appoinment under “My Consultations” in your account page up to 2 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel less than 2 hours in advance, please contact us.
Our Residential Retreats happen in beautiful and peaceful surroundings in different locations around the world and allow you to immerse yourself into a journey of vitality and wellbeing.

You can register for our retreats here on our website. When you register for one of our Residential Retreats, you need to provide a 50% deposit to secure your place in the event. The remaining 50% of the price for the retreat are due up until the event begins and can be paid in person, if desired.
Once you have registerd, wonderful! Welcome on board 😉 You will receive all necessary further details and information via email and we will be looking forward to welcoming you in person soon!
If you have to cancel, please send us an email and we will take it from there.
Once you have registered and booked a Residential Retreat with us, you have the following cancellation options:
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the event free of charge.
If you cancel your booking between 60 and 20 days before the event, we will refund you 75% of the total retreat price (50% of the deposit you have already paid).
If you cancel your reservation less than 20 days before the event starts, we offer 50% refund of the total price for the event (we will keep the deposit you have already paid).
If there are urgent and important matters holding you back from participating, please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution.
Orders, Bookings, Payments, Privacy, Cancellations & Refunds
Simply place your item in your cart and then navigate to the checkout.
We accept payment via credit card and PayPal. All transactions are securely managed and processed by PayPal. During checkout simply choose your preferred payment method.
That depends on the service you have cancelled. For details on cancellations and refunds click here. If you are eligible for a refund, we will send you an email with details on your cancellation and the refund process.
All refunds are securely and automatically processed via PayPal. For details on the time it takes for your refund to be processed by PayPal, click here.
In short, PayPal, our payment processor, usually offers one. 🙂 If you pay via PayPal, you are, in most cases, automatically covered by their Buyer’s Protection.
If there is any problem with any service you receive from us or any payment you made, please contact us and we will find a solution. If not, you can always open a dispute with PayPal.
