Returns and Cancellations
Courses (without a specific start date):
You can cancel any purchase of a course without a specific start date within 24 hours after you have placed the order. To make sure the course is suitable for you before you purchase it, please read the course details and watch the sample video for the course. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Community Courses (with a specific start date):
You can cancel any purchase of a Community Course with a specific start date within 24 hours after you have placed the order, provided that the course has not yet started. Once the course has started, we do not offer a refund.
Community Course Features Add On:
You can return your Community Course Features Add On within 24 hourss after purchase, provided you have not yet registered for or participated in a Community Course. After registration, no refunds are offered.
Webinars:
Our live webinars are free. After the webinar has ended, we make it available for download – either for free or for purchase. You can cancel the order of any webinar within 15 days after you have placed it, provided that you have not yet downloaded the webinar. Once you have downloaded it, we do not offer a refund.
Consultations:
For private online consultations, we offer the following cancellation and refund options:
You can reschedule your consultation up to 2 hours before the appointment time free of charge.
You can cancel any booked appointment up to 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel your booking up to 4 hours in advance, you are eligible for a 75% refund.
If you don’t cancel your booked appointment up to 4 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
You can reschedule or cancel your appoinment under “My Consultations” in your profile page up to 2 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel less than 2 hours in advance, please contact us.
Retreats:
In the event of needing to cancel your registration and booking of a Residential Retreat with us, you have the following cancellation options:
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the event free of charge. This applies to the tuition fee of the retreat and excludes the reservation of accommodation.
If you cancel your booking between 59 and 15 days before the event, we will refund you 50% of the total retreat tuition fee (excluding accommodation costs).
If you cancel your reservation between 14 – 8 days before the event starts, we offer 75% refund of the total retreat tuition fee (excluding accommodation costs).
For a cancellation of 7 days or less before the start of the retreat, there is no refund of the retreat tuition fee.
However, please contact us if there are urgent and important matters holding you back from participating at the time. In some cases we might be able to offer you a voucher that can be redeemed in a following retreat or for a different service at Vitawell.
The value of the voucher needs to be calculated at the time of discussion.
Vitawell Gift Cards:
Gift Cards purchased from us cannot be returned or refunded.
Physical Products:
Physical products that are shipped to you can be returned within 15 days after your purchase. Simply return the item(s) to us with a copy of your invoice within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original and unopened packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Courses, Webinars, Consultations and Retreats:
Once we receive your request for cancellation and refund, we will process your request and check whether you are eligible for a refund and determine the amount.
If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment via PayPal. Please note that all payments and refunds are securely processed for us by PayPal. Usually your refund is received within a few days. For further details, you can find PayPal’s information on refunds here.
Physical Products:
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via PayPal.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs we incurred when sending the item(s) to you are non-refundable. We will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
